How come on some days my website matches up and others it doesnt?

i have a website made with div and i changed the pixels to percents to match different resolutions.

but now sometimes everything is where it should be and sometimes its not?? why is that happening?How come on some days my website matches up and others it doesnt?

My ';answer'; was just asking for more information. Colanth's answer is correct. In fact, Internet Explorer was so many bugs, that as a Web Standarista, I need to designed a modified stylesheet (which is what defines what a web page should look like) for each version of IE *sometimes completely鈥?

stylesheets for versions lower than IE7*. It could also be that you're in quirksmode because you didn't use the correct document type. http://www.w3.org/QA/Tips/Doct
