go onto ur control panel. go to appearence and themes. go to screen resoulution and fix that. change the colors on the same place you fix ur background. that is just my comp. if urs isn't like that ur stuff may be similar to that way. :)How do i fix the size and color on my computer?
Get another one!
Hmm, if you can't change the settings how do you get the resolution and color back to normal before the next boot? Methinks it a made up question.
Right click on your desktop then choose graphics properties under the graphics option .Under the devices tab menu choose true color and screen arear of 1024 by 768 . Then click the Color tab menu . Set the Gamma bar to minimum and check the all color button (It is checked by default).
If this is not working then reinstall the Graphics Driver from the Motherboard CD
What you described is usually caused by the graphics drivers either being out of date or corrupted. You can either try rolling back your graphics driver or reinstalling it. To do either, you need to go into Device Manager (Start Menu --%26gt; Control Panel --%26gt; System --%26gt; Hardware tab --%26gt; click on 'Device Manager' button) If, when you go into Control Panel, you don't see the System icon, there should be a link on the left side of the window to switch between Classic (pre-XP) view and Category view.
In Device Manager, click on the + sign next to 'Sound, Video, and Game Controllers'; in the list that comes up, double click on the appropriate driver. At the top of the window that pops up, click on the 'Driver' tab. From there, you can roll back your driver to an earlier version, or uninstall/update a driver. For me, it's worked best to get the most recent version of the driver (preferrably from the mfr. site, but they can be found elsewhere), uninstall the one already on your computer, reboot, then install the driver you downloaded.
