when you edit photos on paint, and save it as jpeg, the pixels change and it makes it ugly. how can i prevent that?Which photo editing program to use?
Unfortunately, Paint wasn't initially designed as a photo editing program. That feature just kinda evolved along the way. Once the photo has been edited, try saving it as a 256 color bitmap (.bmp) instead of jpeg. The .bmp format usually retains a better finished quality than jpeg, which is the preferred method to send a picture as an email attachment (less quality, fewer pixels to deal with, smaller file size, quicker downloads.)
In the alternative, you might want to take a look at this freeware program. It's evolved into a pretty decent photo editor in it's own right.
