may depend on size it is at before changing, if larger like 300 pixels resolution +, then open image, and edit image resize to 200 pixels, yet if image is smaller at 72 , then enlarging image will only make it over all blurry, for lack of pixels per color, you could try increasing size of picture and resolution from 72 dpi and 4x6'; to 300 dpi and 8x10 or 200%, then lower if clearer,



if you have photoshop or paintshop-pro type programs , those will work,

If you have photoshop, select image%26gt;adjust image size%26gt;then select the size you would like. If you don't have photoshop and intend to keep on editing images, even if it is very slight adjustments like resizing, then get one of the old versions of photoshop.
