How to change the size of pixel in VC++ programming?

You can only do that by changing the monitor resolution through the display driver. I don't think you can do that in Windows (you can if you take control of the display adapter using OpenGL or DirectX, where you have to explicitly specify resolution, of course when you release control it returns to the previous resolution). I don't think users of your program would appreciate you changing their desktop resolution on the fly!How to change the size of pixel in VC++ programming?
