VGA is sending scrambled frames (Video) to the monitor?

- the fan of the VGA is making noisy voice.

- At first, there were no display at all, and the motherboard was sounding beeps to indicate a malfunctioning VGA (or inability to communicate with it).

- I removed the VGA and cleaned its interface.

- I brought an Air Blower gun to try to clean the AGP slot.

- Then I reinstalled the VGA card on the AGP slot.

- The motherboard was now able to communicate with the VGA card and didn't sound any beeps. So, the windows was loaded and its components and everything can be seen on the monitor normally, but with lots of noise, like pixels changing color that is just making the image unclear.

What could be the problem, and how can I resolve this?

Thanks.VGA is sending scrambled frames (Video) to the monitor?
Is the fan on your video card working? It is possible the video card has failed due to heat. Your removing the card and cleaning it might have just let it cool enough to work.
