How do i change the pixel rate of an icon i made using microsoft paint?

or even change the setting for all of my microsoft paint images to turn out to be 100 by 100 pixelsHow do i change the pixel rate of an icon i made using microsoft paint?
If you use this FREE graphics editor, you'll find your image editing much easier:

GetPaint.net: http://www.getpaint.net/

Use the Image Menu%26gt;Resize tool. If you do not need to keep same aspect ration, make sure that box is unchecked then just put in the values for the width/height. Might want to use the Sharpen tool before saving it in the same format.

quit using paint, there are better programs to use that will change the pixel rate easier then paint.

hint: Adobe CS3 or CS4 any of those have programs that work better.
