How do I increase the pixels of my business card using Print Shop Pro Publisher?

My card currently is at 354 x 211 and needs to be 1062 X 615 for professional printing guidelines. I have tried saving it numerous ways including jpeg, tiff etc.. It doesn't change the pixels. I also tried different fonts, but it didn't help.How do I increase the pixels of my business card using Print Shop Pro Publisher?
