How do I make a picture on paint or works larger without changing the pixels?

I have a logo but i want to use it on different things and different sizes but i don't want it to look distorted. Can anyone tell me how!!How do I make a picture on paint or works larger without changing the pixels?
You can either stretch it out and then try increasing the sharpness or smooth it in a photo editor. Or you could start over and make the logo big and then shrink it down to the desirable size.How do I make a picture on paint or works larger without changing the pixels?

It will enlarge the image and keep the pixels at a high quality.
